please write to the author in care of Flux and we will forward your request. For
privacy reasons, we are not able to give out personal addresses or phone numbers.
Both the author and publisher appreciate hearing from you and learning of your enjoyment
of their book and how it has helped you. Flux cannot guarantee that every letter
